Materials for the Unified database «The Toponymy of Russia» include articles about the history and etymology of geographical names in different regions of Russia: Moscow, Vladimir, Volgograd, Irkutsk, Lipetsk, Penza, Ryazan, Yaroslavl. The article summarizes the data monographs, dictionaries and popular-science books on toponymy, published in the XX–XXI centuries.
