Русский язык в сфере государственного управления и литературная норма

The article deals with the problem of the usage of the Russian Language as a State Language of the Russian Federation in the field of public administration. This problem is related to some contradictions between the recommendations of the academic dictionaries and actual speech practice by public officials.
